In Design Technology, Y4 students learn about seasonal foods and reducing their carbon footprint by choosing locally grown produce. They made a vegetable tarts and pizzas using fresh ingredients in season, with guidance from Samia @Sodexo on safely cutting peppers using the claw technique. Delicious!
